We believe young people should be at the heart of everything we do — from planning new activities to making sure our projects reflect what matters most to them. This network ensures their voices are heard, valued, and acted upon.

The programme helps young people build confidence, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on experience. Young Leaders will take part in meetings, support events, and help deliver activities across Oldham. Each member is encouraged to develop their own strengths, explore new opportunities, and learn what it means to lead with responsibility, empathy, and creativity.
