Our weekly programme goes beyond structured Physical Education lessons, offering a variety of fun, engaging activities that support children’s physical development, confidence, and learning. All sessions are delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, following clear plans to encourage progression while keeping children motivated and active.
Trips, Events and Enriching Experiences
Alongside weekly sessions, we offer a range of trips and events that enrich children’s experiences beyond regular activities. These include educational visits, fun days out, sports days, and end-of-term events, all designed to create memorable experiences, encourage social connection, and support learning in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Simple & Flexible Booking
For all activities, we use our online booking platform, Pembee, which provides a user-friendly space for parents to manage, amend, and cancel bookings all in one place. Simply create an account and you’re ready to book. If you’re having any difficulties setting up an account or booking online, just give us a call or pop into your chosen session and one of our volunteers will be happy to help.

No need to commit right away — come along for free and see if the session is right for your child. We offer a free trial on all bookings, so your child can experience the session, meet the team, and get involved before you decide. Simply book online, turn up, and enjoy the session with no pressure or obligation to continue.
